Use of our site

By accessing any part of our site, you agree to accept and to be bound by the terms and conditions detailed within.

This applies to all public pages directly linked to the site itself as well as specified login areas designated accordingly.

Access to the site is limited to pages that are explicitly linked from the homepage. Any access or attempted access to pages other than those detailed will be deemed unauthorised access and potential breach of the computer misuse act.

You may be denied access to the site with future access restricted for any reason inclusive of when it is our belief that you have not complied with these conditions or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are misusing the site and its contents.

Governing Law

English Law governs these conditions and you agree that the English Court will have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any matter or dispute arising out of this site and these conditions.
